INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

As our guest, you'll have access to the entire condo as well as the shared common spaces of Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club including the outdoor pool (heated during warmer months), 2 indoor jacuzzis, saunas, tennis courts, pool table, and multiple BBQ grills throughout the property. Each building has a shared laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer (requires 4 quarters for washer and for dryer). 


Guests have access to one assigned garage parking space. An additional vehicle may be parked in any of the uncovered spaces throughout the property on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no 3rd vehicles allowed on site. 


During winter months, depending on snow pack, the ski-back trail takes you from Canyon Lodge back to Mammoth Ski and Raquet Club (for experienced skiers and snowboarders) or all the way into the Village!

 

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

You must be able to navigate stairs. Our condo is located on the second floor of the F building. There is no elevator. There are stairs inside the condo to access the loft as well. All stairs are located indoors, no icy navigation skills required on the stairs! 

The ski back trail exit into Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club is open depending on snow pack conditions and is best navigated by experienced skiers. 

This is a mountain town! This condo is located above 8000+ ft altitude. You may be required to operate your vehicle with snow chains.

Canyon Lodge is closed during early and late season; however, as afore mentioned, the public transportation is stellar and can efficiently get you anywhere you wish to go (and most of it is FREE)!


The Beautiful town of Mammoth Lakes has a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 14%. (TOT #8250)
