We are located on the second floor with no downstairs or upstairs neighbors. So no need to worry about walking like a stealthy ninja to avoid disturbing those below. Our condo is newly updated and ready for you!

 

Here's the "meat and potatoes" breakdown of our place:

It's walking distance to Canyon Lodge and about a mile from the shops and eateries in Mammoth Village including a dang good brewery. The first floor of our condo houses the kitchen, living/dining room with queen Murphy bed, balcony, and full bathroom. The second floor is a loft with queen bed, ample closet space, and another full bathroom.

 

Now for those who love all the juicy details...

As a guest of our condo you'll enjoy all the comforts of home! Upon entering the condo there is a small closet for storing your     boards and skis. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee French press, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, hand mixer, panini press, fondue pot, and crock pot. The kitchen has a full complement of utensils, cookware, silverware, and we strive to keep spices and pantry staples stocked. You will find fluffy organic cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. The living room features a queen size Murphy bed with new memory foam mattress, gas fireplace, and balcony with pool view and partial view of Lincoln Mountain. The Murphy bed pulls down right over the couch base, so no need to move the couch after a long day of outdoor bliss! The dining area contains dining table with seating for 4 (the pics show 3, but rest assured there are 4 chairs), 2 bar stools for seating at the kitchen peninsula, and a futon with full size futon mattress. The loft upstairs is outfitted with a lovely modern farmhouse queen size canopy bed, closet with chest of drawers and plenty of storage space, and full bathroom (Mmmm, fluffy towels).

 

When you're not playing on the mountain or in the Village you can cozy up in the condo and watch a show on the provided cable or DVDs.
